    Followups:

keyword=iocha22 (HV crate) shrouded in mystery

We tried find out how to reboot iocha22, called tech-on-call, asked
MCC, asked Bogdan, etc. But we cannot reboot it, nor can we discover
    where it is physically located,

After run 1550 we tried pressing the green button in the middle
room labelled "Beamline 1458 HV" (it was the only thing we
could find). This button did nothing.

Here is now to monitor HV via portservers:

First, open some xterms (I did this on 4th window area of adaql1):
xterm -ls -n RarmHVu   -T R-arm--HV-upper-crate--hatsv3--2004   -bg white -fg black &
xterm -ls -n RarmHVl   -T R-arm--HV-lower-crate--hatsv3--2005   -bg white -fg black &
xterm -ls -n LarmHV   -T L-arm--HV-crate--hatsv4--2005   -bg white -fg black &
    xterm -ls -n Beam-HV   -T Beamline--HV-crate--hatsv5--2011   -bg white -fg black &

Then in those xterms, you telnet into the HV card's RS232 interface,
e.g. for R-arm   upper HV crate, you do "telnet hatsv3 2004".

The rest is explained in the following web page, see also near the
end of it for hints on HV.

Finally, watch the scalers and do detector replay. They look ok !!
