Comments: Beam not available at beginning of shift due to problems with getting the beam position correct through the Compton chicane.  

No beam available at 6 am due to IOC problems causing RF to drop in 4 zones.  Also, Hall A wanted a survey done for Controlled Access at this time.

Configuration change for target cooldown.
