Since run 1962, the Right Arm has been out of sync by 2.5us with the rest of the DAQ (Left Arm and Counting House).

This appears to have happened during a Controlled Access when David and I were checking Detector Cables and pedestals.

I will need to check this before we run the detectors with the HAPPEX DAQ.
