    Septa heating studies.

There doesn't seem to be a correlation between the position of
the beam on target and the heating of the septa magnets.

With the beam at 30 uA we steered the beam
at BPMB at 3 different positions in (X,Y)
    (0,0), (-4,0), (+4,0) and (0,+4) back to (0,0)
with a rater at 1x1 mm^2. The results of the Septa
coil temperatures for all steering configurations are consistent
    (see table).
When there was no beam the temperature are consistently lower.
We are still puzzled about the Septa heating source origin.
