Septa heating tests underway
- Took measurements of temperatures  
when beam was at  (0,0), (-4,0), (0,0), (0,+4)

18:10 Beam off to take care of target software freeze.
19:05 Beam back and target software issues resolved
20:00 Finished with septa heating studies.
20:20 Started new studies  Raster and Current scan

a comparison of single foil C12 and Optics 12 cm 
(double foil) target.
with a current of 70 uA the difference in Septa heating
was 0.05 K. Not significant! 
We did not have the chance to try the dummy 20 cm.
We wanted to know whether for the same thickness 
in radialtion length as the He target and 
in a double foil configuration we get the same 
heating of the septa magnets.
