    keyword=Cryostat alarm settings

    (1) The alarm handler was not on in the previous shift and maybe others. I brought it up and put it in the top LH corner of each of the 6 desktop windows
    (2) There is a bug on bringing up the alarm handler window. The program tries to bring up a file

    ..... ALH/ALH/atarg.alhConfig
    It balks at two consequetive ALH

    Change in the window to:
    .......ALH/atarg.alhConfig

    (One ALH)

    (3) There were several silly alarm settings. I reset them to something sensible, which in the case of the unused loops was usually NO ALARM. I made sure that they saved at least till the next crash! In resetting the alarm settings, the computer screen froze several times and had to be restarted - once rebooted from another computer.
    (GUI had to be restarted each time of course. To avoid this I suggest only resetting one alarm at a time and waiting for the computer to be idle before doing the next one.
