Because the power to the ISB has to be shut off to replace a circuit breaker, I paged the Polarized source on-call to find out if the Pockels cell would be protected properly while the AC isn't running.  There was no answer, but MCC finally got in touch with John Hansknecht who said everything should be fine.  I called and talked to him and verified this is because there is a N2 purge when the power is out.  He told me that they don't have desicant around the PC.  I hope everything will be ok.
