Since the injector went down last night, and the optics to the hall changed a bit today, we decided it would be a good idea for me to take a PITA scan with our current setup.

The slope came out to be -4.43 ppm/V (-265.8 ppm/DAC V) with an offset of 132 ppm.  I changed the PC voltages so that they are now:

POS = 6.418
NEG = 5.375

I also took an IA scan to make sure our corrections to the charge asymmetry would be consistent.  The IA slope didn't change very much either, -153.6 ppm/DAC V.

The panFFB database was updated with both the IA and PITA slopes (even though we're only using IA feedback right now).
