If the septa controls crash and one is able to recover using the rebooting procedure from http://hareboot4 then sometimes the septa control screens return with the light blue fields empty, despite the epics values that appear in the dark blue fields. You should enter the appropriate values into the light blue fields. Either use the adjacent epics values or use the two laminated sheets that Heidi left for us in the counting house.
