This is the aluminum 20 cm dummy target with momentum setting 1.5%
too low. There is no evidence of alum elastic, and the quasielastic
straddles the HAPPEX detector, which shows up as a peak due to the
trigger (equal mix of T1/T2/T3/T4).
Detectors looked ok.
