After the beam came back from the brief beam down period caused by
 hall c, position feedback was left off by MCC for a period of about
 18000 events in run 2268.  I noticed this through the dithering
 window.  We called MCC and they turned position FB back on and they
 "opened us up to all channels on IOC instead of just one" and it
 came back in the next dithering cycle.
