keyword=Hall C charge asymmetry corrected with beefed up IA slope

We got the additional moment we needed from the Hall C IA cell
by rotating the IA waveplate using the S1 picomotor.

The Hall C IA slope is now approximately 1250 ppm/Volt (I had miscalculated when I said we needed 1400 ppm/V). I set the
Hall C IA to 1.25 to get rid of the approximately 4800 ppm
charge asymmetry on the Hall C beam.

KK had a fantastic idea on how to solve this problem upfront, without the need for a big IA correction (basically, rotate the C-beam
linear polarization so it doesn't get any helicity information).
I'll persue this idea with the source group.
