    keyword=Hall C BCM cuts

    To get a meaningful value of the mean Hall C BCM asymmetry one has to require both "ok_cut" and a minimum signal size in the BCM itself. From examination of run 2299 it appears evt_bcm10 > 0.0005 is a reasonable threshold. So I have made a cut of

       ok_cut&&evt_bcm10[0]>0.0005&&evt_bcm10[1]>0.0005

    in both the online GUI plots and a new plot in the prompt analysis GUI (shown below). There are outliers even with these cuts, and reasonable variations in the signal threshold produce 10% or so changes in the mean of the distribution, but that shouldn't matter critically for doing feedback.
