    Joe Grames did Mott measurements today opportunistically
    today. The results are very encouraging: The Hall A laser
    gave 85.4% and 85.9% (IHWP OUT and IN respectively), with
    2.2% statistical and 0.9% systematic errors. These are in
    wonderful agreement with our Moller measurements, and
    with preliminary results from the Compton. This is great!
    Thanks to Joe for making the measurement (I have been hoping
    that we would get a chance to make this measurement).
