keyword=slug plots of position differences and grand averages (so far)
The first plot shows position differences in x and y in nm for bpm4b (closest to the target) as a function of slugs. The runs included in each slug and the various cuts (if any) are included in the sluglist on the experiment website.
The second plot shows position differences at bpm4a (5.09 m upstream of bpm4b) vs. slugs.
IHWP OUT states are represented by squares and IHWP IN states are represnted by triangles. I have introduced a minus sign in the IHWP IN states so as to present a more straightforward view for how the differences might cancel between the two IHWP states. This flip in sign was of course taken into account when calculating the grand average.
The horizontal line in both graphs represents the weighted mean for the first 4 slugs and its value and error are in the text box.
I'm in the process of working on slug 5.
Here is the data for the slugs (differences in nm) and IHWP states have their sign flipped.
