Some more fun on this shift - I had to again reboot the target IOC.  Everything came back fine.  Some target alarms are present, but they are for loops 1 and 2 or the ESR which we have been told not to worry about since we are not using this return line.  We need to check with Kathy that changing these alarm setpoints is ok.  I'll do this during the day tomorrow and record the values in the logbook.  Maybe it will be possible to get these to be the default values when the IOC is rebooted.
