Performed quick BCM calibration using current ramp.  The hope is to
use the lumi, which should be pretty linear, to set BPM and BCM 
pedestals.

iocse8 X and Y gains set to 1270. iocse10 X and Y gains both to 1200.
high RF gain bit set.
iocse11 stayed in "feedback", which locks the gains to that used by
feedback.  (960 in X, 980 in Y, for BPM12).

Run 2439: setting HV on BLumis and Flumis
Run 2440: BPMs not yet correct (lo gain bit), so junk

Run 2441: actual current ramp: 30uA->5uA in 5uA steps, 20 uA, 30 uA.

BPMs returned to autogain, lumi HVs returned to nominal.
