We continued to have problems with the Compton controls, so during a downtime I made an access to reset the controllers.

I reset the controller.  When it was clear that they were still not working, Sirish directed me to try to override the controller at the chicane.  We tried to manually align the photodetector with the opening in the Compton cavity, and left it at that.
