    Coda events weren't updating during run 2452.  We ended the run,
which failed.  We restarted (using the restart button).  We
reconfigured and downloaded as usual.  We then started run 2453
and noticed that the event number was again not updating.  We
ended the run which failed again.  We exited CODA and then did
kcoda.  When we restarted CODA, everything worked fine.  The ROCs
were responding the whole time, so no reboots there.
