The target fan power in the Heat Load strip-chart is really irregular.  it is accurate for a while, then jumps up to out of range for a bit, and back down.  I had thought that this was a strip-chart glitch, but according to the fan controls gui the fan voltage jumped from 16.5 to 406.75, so the heat load calculated was off.  I don't see how this voltage is possible, and the temperature of the target hasn't changed during these jumps, but this reading should be fixed.
