At I_beam = 60 uA we realized we had only 90 Watts on HPH.
This means that empirically we dump (460 - 90)/60 = 6 W/uA
which is strange (and not understood) since the dE/dx
formula implies ~3 W/uA.
Anyway, we decide to bump open JT a bit more (2 clicks) 
to give more headroom for further increase in beam current.

Septum trips off at 64 uA, temp was 7.9 K.
(note: temp was not in equilibrium at 64 uA).
