    Because the Hall A IA cell was sitting around 6.8 V, I decided it was necessary to do PITA feedback.  Because any voltage change on the Pockels cell changes not only our charge asymmetry, but also Hall C's charge asymmetry, I also changed the Hall C IA setpoint.  I changed all of these voltages during run 2532.

The new setpoints are:
IHWP = IN
RHWP = 2250
POS = 4.255
NEG = 6.334
C IA = 1.703
