Since Hall C isn't running right now, I took this opportunity to do PITA feedback to correct our charge asymmetry.  The feedback was done around event 23500 in run 2551.

IHWP = IN
RHWP = 6500
POS = 3.484
NEG = 7.105

Our IA cell was running at approx. 8 V, now it is close to 5 V.

When Hall C turns back on, the Hall C IA cell setpoint will have to be changed.

Edited ~/feedback/IHWP.IN with new PC voltages.
