I rebooted the Counting House IOC to load a new version of bmwClient.
The coil amplitudes and number of cycles for each coil in a supercycle can now be changed (by an expert).

I've turned off coils 1 and 6 (the second x and the third y coils)
and doubled the action (2 cycles) of the interesting (but weak) 
coils 3 and 4. I also boosted their amplitude slightly (400->450)
just to see what would happen.  This should be a safe change.

Run 2593 was a run with no beam (spot move, no one had beam) and
a few dither cycles to test the new pattern.  Looking good so far.
