    keyword=HAPPEX DAQ controlled at MCC, don't start it in Counting House

    It appears the DAQ crash was probably caused by shift workers in Hall A 
attempting the restart the DAQ in the Counting House (we're preforming the 
source study in MCC). 

Poor cross-shift communication?  I shoulda logged that we were taking
charge of the DAQ... so here's that log entry:  we're taking charge of the DAQ 
over at MCC, so don't nobody touch nothin'.  Thanks.
