It was discovered that we were not using the Energy Modulation data to 
calculate the dithering slopes (this mistake was made during the Helium run, as 
well).  Re-analyzed the hydrogen runs (regression and dithering only) that 
we've taken so far.

The plots below show the result.

Slope widths have decreased dramatically... not much change in their mean 
values.
