Swing Shift Summary

First hour of shift was the end of HAPPEX beam setup where Kent and Lisa were 
taking data in the injector.

Switched to IHWP OUT before starting our data taking for this shift:

2801 - forgot to turn PMT HV on

Controlled access at 20:50 for fixing the Compton photon detector.
Sirish was done about 21:14, so we were ready for beam.  Accelerator was down, 
but brought beam back about 10 minutes later.

Began a Compton run at 22:03 - run 8629, IHWP OUT.

IHWP state was changed around 23:18.  I forgot to end the Compton run before 
changing the IHWP, but I ended the run right after the IHWP change (Compton Run 
8629).

After this, I started a new Compton run, 8630, IHWP IN.
