Status update:

1) The Moller measurement didn't work out this morning.  Beam was available, 
but there were problems with the polarimeter.  Some of the problems may have 
been related to the helicity-pickup tests performed during the down periods. 

2) Mark Stevens & Co. have consulted with JLab software experts and
now think they know what went wrong on yesterday's attempt to reconfigure the 
septum software temperature interlock.  They will re-attempt this change this 
morning.

3) They've started working in the injector to produce vertical spin.  This will 
succeed or fail by mid-afternoon.  Meanwhile, we've requested a controlled 
access to investigate the Moller polarimeter problems and modify the septum 
controls software.
