Run 3000 ended with DAQ crash. ROCs 25 and 26 were unavailable for some time 
(eventually they were welcomed back: "where were you?").

Events were apparently still counting, though ET didn't appear happy.
All this was happening while the septum screens were being restored.
The data at the end of the run may be flakey, but I haven't checked it yet. 

I ended the run, kcoda'd, and went around hunting down the pan jobs on adaql1 
(two were remote, so I don't know whose I killed) and several windows with 
crashed pan processes on other machines.  Also killed a hung mozilla process 
opened from another machine, a breach in protocol (adaql1 is resource 
challenged, don't do nothing you don't have to).

I started Run 3001 while the shift workers finished up with the septum screens. 
I was unsure about conditions, but panguin showed things were happy.
