TS1, the trigger supervisor for the Left Arm HRS crate is not responding 
through the portserver (hatsv4, port 14)... and does not respond to ping (to 
hallavme4).

There's also no result when attempting to reboot the crate remotely by clicking 
on the Crate Reset for the left arm Trigger Supervisor, through the hlamain 
EPICS screen.

This crate will probably need to be reset by hand (needs a controlled access... 
then access to the Left Arm hut).  We cannot run the HRS DAQ until this is done.

We're just using this DAQ to check the raster.. we might be able to get away 
with putting this controlled access off for awhile (if we trust the raster 
settings in the Accelerator MEDM screen... as well as the raster signal on the 
oscilliscope in the Counting House electronics rack).
