Left septum would not fill with N2. Cycled N2 valves and determined that valves were working correctly. Checked PLC operation, epics was not reciving any alarms. Re-programmed PLC and verified operation of valves. Suspected the N2 flow to the hall was low. Called Mark Stevens to determine proper operation and location of valves. Normal supply pressure is 2.05, readback on N2 supply valve was 1.05. Contacted duty cyro, spoke with Mark Singelton. He increased flow to proper pressure. Magnets are filling at this time.
