Moved the Hall C IA system waveplate to give them more laser power, well, really, had MCC do it while I watched. They should have more power now, though I can't be sure how much was gained (I didn't
    record the initial attenuator setting).

Total, the S1 picomotor was moved to zero, from 1200. The final IA slope is only 200 ppm/V.

If we need to control their charge asymmetry again, we'll need to rotate this back. This picomotor is pretty repeatable, so it should be possible without taking too much time, and Hall C may not need the laser power overhead after their current calibration.
