0020 Kent turned the feedback and beam modulation off.
    0043 Requested 1µA
0047 Got 1µA into hall with raster on by reducing slit
0048 Requested the BPMs be put on "Auto Gain" on iocse8 and iocse10
0049 Rob sets the HAPPEX Detector HVs to 1800

The target is the warmed up (66K↑) 20 cm racetrack on loop 2. The beam positions are all (0.0 ± 0.1) mm. The T1 and T3 rates are roughly T1 ≅ 40kHz and T3 ≅ 32kHz. Since the rates are low enough, Rob would like more of the standard detectors ON because PID might prove to be useful for these tests.

0049:0113 Eugene is turning on the HV on the VDCs, S2, Lead Glass, and Cherenkov. At some point we had to reboot the LeCroy HV. In addition, we lost the Hall A Tools medm screens. We brought it back up with no problem.

0110 We asked MCC for a quick measurement of our beam current using their Faraday Cup. We are worried about how accurate our BCM is at 1µA. Once they checked with the other halls, they performed the measurement (took about 2 min). The results are:

    Faraday Cup = (1.1 ± 0.1) µA
    MCC BCM = (1.0 ± 0.1) µA
    Hall A BCM = (1.05 ± 0.05) µA

(The uncertainties quoted were simply made up by me in an arbitrary manner.)

0114 Eugene checked the raster spot. It looks good ~(3x3)mm.

    Rob has started his tests.
