    keyword=DAQ problems - update

    Since ~9:00 this morning (last meaninful run was 2951) we had
    DAQ problems. Main symptom: prestart fails at TS1 (never
    executes 1st line).

    Notice that "TWOARM" DAQ config works fine. "DVCS" does not.
    Tried power-cycling ROC17, ROC18, TS1. Didn't help.

    Currently trying to isolate the difference between TWOARM and
    DVCS configs which causes failure. Noticed so far that ROC17
    sometimes reports errors upon download (various errors).

    Working ... may take a lunch break soon ...
