keyword=ROC17 and T5 rate change and scalers at 2.5uABy looking at the rate I save that T5 rate went down from 50 to 30 Hz.
It looks like the ROC17 which holds the calorimeter trigger got corrupted which raised the threshold by one unit ( so 4 for a tower meaning that threshold might have gone to 61 instead of 57 )
Rebooting the ROC17 solved the problem. Run going from 3062 to 3075 are affected. Rates of T5 should be of the order of 50 Hz
