    Since no beam was available we made a control access to check out a couple of things :
    -calorimeter : visual inspection
    block 23 is OK
    block 121 is slightly darker than the other ones

    I added the bottom scintillator paddle to be able to take cosmics data even in beam position.
    I lowered the threshold on the calorimeter cosmics scintillator paddles discriminator to have a reasonable rate.
