    keyword=end-run beeps to wake up users

    Per request of Pierre, I made the terminal "beep" rather clearly
    at the end of a run, in order to wake up sleepy shift workers.
    Runs 4141-43 were junk while I checked this.
    The epicsRunEnd script was affected (see "BEEP" there).
