    keyword=New EPICS server -- 255.8

    Matt Bickley suggested I use the server 129.57.255.8 instead of
    129.57.255.4 for EPICS data to/from accelerator. This works now.
    I changed the "automatic ABU" script and it works again. I also
    made this change in ~a-onl/scripts/epicsLogger, fastEpicsLogger,
    epicRunEnd, and epicsRunStart. They work better now. The failure
    of 255.4 may affect other DAQs too (Compton, etc). There are, I am
    told, new versions of "caget" and "caput" which circumvent this,
    but I will wait till a long downtime to test & deploy them. And
    why it all happened without us knowing about it is another story.
