feedback code, it runs on adaql1 and keeps a log file. Right now
I don't have the "hook" to actually apply feedback yet, but as soon
as the pol. source group gives them to me, I'll be ready. The hook
will be an EPICS variable that controls a rotatable waveplate. With
the present beam noise structure, the qasy can be measured in to
about 100 ppm error in 30 minutes, which will be my timescale.
