16:00 Shift started with production running on LD2
16:05 Block 99 of proton array gives no signal. Looking at old replays, this started happenning at around 6am this morning. I called proton array expert to know which HV slot correspond to this block and I'll increase high voltage at the start of the next run to see if we see some signal. (See halog entries).
16:46 No rates in compton. Run stopped. Coda rebooted. Back to normal.
17:08 Asked MCC to try to set the beam at 1.40 in BPM4B-Y (instead of 1.55)
17:16 MCC called. BPM values are as requested (1.41).
17:55 MCC called. They're having problems (continuous trips). They're going to check orbits. Beam won't be available for a few minutes.
18:53 Asked MCC for an update. Still having problems. No progress done. A rough estimate of 1 more hour down.
19:22 MCC called to give an update. Having problems in Hall A orbits and RF separator. Called the expert, who is coming in. No beam till they find a workaround or the expert fixes the problem.
20:23 Still problems with RF separator (see ELOG entry 1244666).
20:45 MCC called. They'll try to restore beam back to the hall.
22:09 Still no beam since 17:55
23:00 Asked MCC for un update. Still working in the HallC Ion Chambers, which make all other halls trip off. Experts are on site. No estimate of down time.
23:57 MCC called. They'll try to send some beam.
