This is for L-arm 980 MeV proton and R-arm electrons which
unfortunately we did not simulate before the experiment (should have).
We think this is fixable by adding 30 nsec to T1 going to the
overlap ciruit, plus adjusting the stop time of the "ctime" TDC.
The latter is remotely adjustable, the former requires access.
We take access now and will do pulser runs with the original setup
(1.35 GeV proton R-arm, electrons in L-arm) and with the new
setup (980 MeV L-arm). I'm not sure if anyone looked at the
pulser before. See also halog 138271 on this stuff.
