During the previous controlled access we disconnected some
channels from the E plane and from the AUX-plane from the
scalers, because we needed them to be sent upstairs.
Instead we plugged some channels from the dE-plane into the
free scaler channels. (i believe it is 17-24L/R in the second last
column and 1-16L in the last column - the red ones)
