    I made some small modifications to the neutron detector/bigbite scaler display program.
    1. All the channels of the first plane now fit in the display.
    2. The columns are centered and spread out vertically so that the neutron counter scaler layout is a bit closer to the actual detector.
    3. The option to change the refresh rate has been removed to make the statement "Rates are in KHz" more believable. (The rates have always been KHz, as long as 2 was selected for the period.)
    The new script can run by doing: 
    cd ~/scaler/saw_server/tcl
~/srcnew.tcl
    The old version of the script is still called "src.tcl".
