    keyword=OWL Shift Summary

    04:00 Lower Neutron Detector HV Crate Tripped.

    04:30 Could not fix the HV from the counting house (the readout says "Bad 24V, Thermal Error?") will try to reboot manually from the crate itself. Calling for controlled access.

    Went into the Hall, rebootes crate a few times but it still wouldn't work. Tried testing with fewer HV cards but also didn't. Ended up replacing the crate with a backup crate (moving the HV cards from the old crate to the new crate).

    06:00 Asked for beam back, will now reconfigure the voltages in the crate.

    06:45 Finished reconfiguring the HV. There is some problem with the readouts in the SRC HV tools, for now can judge if the HV is working by looking at the scaler rates for the array and for BB.

    06:50 Have started taking data.

    Runs for this shift:
    1993 - Production
    1994 - Production
    1995 - Production
    1996 - Production (However take with a grain of slat since N Array was developing problems)
    1997 - Production run which stopped early since HV on N Array was faulty.
    1998 - Junk (testing after N array was fixed).
    1999 - Junk (testing after N array was fixed).
    2000 - Production run (some N Array bar HVs were changed during the run so it may be better to use it just for BB).
