Looking at the veto TDC spectrum, we saw evidence that the readout of this module was wrong. Only channels 32-63, 96-127, 160-191,... were in the spectrum. We took an access to swap with a new TDC module (found in the CH cabinet), and it now seems to work.
We also realized that in the detector map for the veto, the TDC left and right were swapped. I corrected all the databases (past and present).
