keyword=HV change to neutron detector channels

During the swing shift yesterday it was noticed that two channels in the neutron detector (N1-1R and N3-12L) had low scaler readings and low counts in both ADC and TDC spectra. I looked at both channels in the hall this afternoon and both seem to be working fine (with cosmic rays). Therefore, I suspect the high voltage for these channels needed adjusting and I increased both slightly; N1-1R -> -1505 V (increase of +60V); N3-12R -> -1520 V (increase of +40V). The scaler readings for these channels now appear to be reasonable and the shift crew will look carefully at their corresponding ADC and TDC spectra when beam returns.
