Looking at the 10 microAmp C-12 run 2107: the top portion of Figure 1 shows the largest ToF peak in the Neutron Array is not in coincidence with the L-HRS (would be T3), but instead with triggers from BigBite (T6). The lower portion of the figure shows that the peak is due to charged particles firing the Veto.

This peak is not see in the Deuterium data since BigBite was off.
