High Voltage problem on the neutron detector.

During the day, it was found that the lower HV crate for the ND needed to be reset. After the reset failed, we went in the hall (it is beam studies time) and found 3 faulty cards (!), in the sense that they would not let us connect to the crate, or that they would read voltage and current when the crate was off. We replaced them, and we find now that 3 other cards won't power up.

We had to go out of the Hall before the fix is done, because the ACC wants to send high current beam in the Hall for beam studies. Our stay in the hall would delay the end of beam studies, which is unfair to Hall B. We will go back down as soon as they are done with the studies (~30 min).

I turned all 3 crates (BB+2ND) off while high current is sent.
