    keyword=N2-7L base changed

    We changed the base on the neutron bar N2-7L which previously had no adc or tdc or even a signal at the patch panel. Now with the replaced base (another Kent State one) we have good cosmic signals throughout the electronics. In fact, the pmt was firing so much I decided to reduce the high voltage setting from -2360 V to -2100 V. I expect that once we take data and see the adc spectrum, we should perhaps reduce the high voltage even further.
