    keyword=Acc vacuum problem, reduce I_beam

    The vacuum in some section of the beamline deteriorated significantly.
    The MCC think this might be to a tail (halo) of the beam at 40 uA.
    Reduce to 20 uA temporarily to see if it helps, and if it does, wait
    until the vacuum improves. (If they do not reduce the current,
    the pressure gauges would trip the beam anyway.) They suspect
    that the beam is scraping a beamline section (outgassing?).
